Our Story

In our family, we believe we should be as passionate about the meat we put on our dinner table, as we are about this ranching lifestyle we love.  

Happy + Healthy Cows = Healthy + Delicious Beef

Our beef comes from young Angus steers who have spent the majority of their life on nutrient-dense native grasses.  When the time comes to finish them for processing, we supplement with a pellet specifically designed for grass fed beef finishing.  

You can find us locally at the Newcastle Farmer's Market on Thursdays in Newcastle, WY July - September.

Alternately, you may contact us directly anytime to create a custom beef package.  

We also sell 1/4's, 1/2's and whole processed steers.
